Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Life Within, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of your purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used health and wellness products
- Perishable goods such as food items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank and credit card statement account again.
- Secondly, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Lastly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at [email protected] and we can arrange for the sharing of the return address to send your items on to us.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please email us at [email protected] and we can arrange for the sharing of the return address to send your items on to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
